Here everything revolves around the exciting topic of the pelvic floor in theory and practice. I help you you to understand your pelvic floor, because only if you know how and why will you strive to integrate it into your everyday life and change your behavior patterns. You will learn interesting facts about forms of incontinence, organ prolapse and receive valuable everyday tips. In the main part of the course, we will actively implement customized exercises, integrate the pelvic floor into complex movement sequences and strengthen the deep abdominal muscles, build stability and strengthen the pelvic floor. abdominal muscles, build stability in the torso and counteract discomfort.
