Doing official business online and saving time? No problem with ID Austria and the Digital Office! In this workshop, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to set up, use and install the necessary apps. Our instructors will familiarize you with the use of digital official services, explain the available e-government platforms such as MeineSV or FinanzOnline and show you the additional benefits of ID Austria and the Digital Office for you - such as applying for a craftsman's bonus or drawing the federal treasury. Gain the confidence to deal with important official channels digitally and find out how modern technologies can make it easier for you to access public services. Course content: Assessment of the participants' level of knowledge by the course leader and clarification of desired topics and learning content Clarification of the question of what is meant by e-government Presentation of ID Austria/how does the application work, how does the changeover work, what can it be used for? What is meant by basic version and full version? What are the necessary system requirements (does ID Austria work with every cell phone)? Where might problems arise during the changeover? -Validity/security of ID Austria -Clarification of what happens to the cell phone signature -Presentation of different signature options -Ongoing answering of individual questions -Exchange with and between the course participants -Encouragement to use the applications independently -individual assistance and clarification of questions Target group: Anyone interested in the topic of e-government, beginners, people with no previous (digital) knowledge. Digital Everywhere is a free workshop offer for digital beginners, in which 4,500 workshops are offered throughout Austria. The low-threshold offer is financed by the Federal Chancellery as part of the Digital Competence Offensive and is handled by the Office for Digital Competencies at the OeAD.
