This (de)exciting program serves to strengthen body, mind and soul as well as to prevent health problems. Nordic walking yoga is an effective full-body workout that includes Nordic walking, breathing exercises and yoga asanas. Different types of gait are taught, which are important for the cardiovascular system on the one hand, and coordination and endurance are practiced on the other. By using the pole correctly, 90% of the muscles are trained, which can strengthen cardiovascular performance. A harmonious sequence of different asanas (yoga positions) provides inner strength, sharpens the focus and promotes inner and outer balance. The finale includes a walking meditation (Nordic walking meditation) from the theory of mindfulness. This special type of walking relaxes the entire body and gives you the opportunity to switch off completely and find yourself.
