Admission to the Drautalperle is included in the course price.
This course teaches the correct crawl and backstroke technique step by step. The aim is to complete joint-friendly, healthy strength endurance and cardiovascular training in the water with motivation. The focus is on breathing, water position, leg stroke, arm stroke and coordination. It is a balanced full-body workout that particularly benefits the spine.
Prerequisite: 200m swimming in any position, face under water should not be a problem.
