Bring that vacation feeling to your kitchen table with delicious Mediterranean dishes from Turkey. We prepare Corbasi - Turkish lentil soup, Köfte - minced meatballs, also vegetarian, Lahamcun - Turkish pizza and Pide - flatbread. Other delicacies depending on the time. At the end, everything is eaten together. The course fee does not include the ingredients. The contribution towards expenses of 20.00 must be paid directly to the instructor on site. The course instructor is a cook and a native of Turkey. He shows very clearly how the dishes are prepared.
