With foot reflexology, we can activate/strengthen/relax our body organs in a simple and wonderful way - depending on what we need at the time.
The practical course shows you where the body's organ zones are located on the foot, how to apply the pressure point massage correctly and when to pay attention.
Focus: Course for self-application - practise on your own foot. No previous knowledge necessary.
An additional exercise session will be arranged with the participants after the course.
Course days: Friday, 2 - 5 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
