The smartphone has become a faithful companion in many situations. We save private contact information and appointments, record experiences in the form of images and sound, communicate via apps and carry out banking transactions online. A lot of personal data is stored on our devices and we need to protect it! In this workshop, you will learn more about secure handling, data protection and the optimal use of helpful apps. Immerse yourself in the world of your smartphone, gain confidence in using your device and maximize the benefits of this digital companion. Our experienced instructors will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your smartphone! Course content: Assessment of the participants' level of knowledge by the course instructor and clarification of desired topics and learning content Presentation of the basic functions of a smartphone Adjustment of individual settings Locking the smartphone Installing, uninstalling and updating apps Checking authorizations Performing backups Theft protection Security settings Data protection Secure use of apps and online services Ongoing answers to individual questions Exchange with and between course participants Discussion Who is it for?
