Alpacas and llamas as animal trainers for social skills

Social skills such as empathy, self-confidence, self-reflection and reflection on others, communication, critical thinking and teamwork are extremely important for better cooperation in private life and at work. Leadership training, team building, personal coaching etc. train these so-called "soft skills". But what exactly do they do? In this very practical seminar, the trainer and her animal co-trainers will give you an insight into different social skills. The main focus is on empathy. In addition to the theoretical scientific explanation of empathy and practical exercises for at home or at work, we work a lot with the animals. Alpacas and llamas do not judge, they have no prejudices, but give you immediate feedback on your behavior. Body language, mindfulness, recognizing and setting boundaries, perspective-taking and self-confidence play a major role in the animal exercises.
