Kundalini Yoga is an ancient Indian style of yoga, and although it is a tradition dating back thousands of years, it is surprisingly compatible with the modern lifestyle of our time. Just as it helped people in the past to master life powerfully and authentically and to survive crises and conflicts, today it is ideally suited to the demands of the times and the way we live.
The series of exercises have an intensive effect on the nervous system, the glandular system, the internal organs, the blood circulation and also purify the blood on a physical level, i.e. in the gross material area. Blood and lymph flow more strongly, hormone production is stimulated and balanced, the muscle system is strengthened and relaxed, the spine becomes flexible, the left and right hemispheres of the brain are trained and balanced, the digestive system is worked through, the pelvic floor is trained and misalignments in the pelvic area can be corrected.
Every yoga exercise also has effects in the subtle realm. Kundalini yoga can strengthen stamina, promote greater serenity and is fun. Each session ends with a deep relaxation.
