Regardless of whether you have been practicing yoga for a long time or are still at the beginning of your practice: this session is suitable for all levels and offers you plenty of room for individual design in the asanas.
You set the pace.
In the forward bends and twisting postures, we accompany the movement with the exhalation - it helps you to let go, deepen and listen within.
In the opening backbends and stretches, on the other hand, we use the inhalation to create new spaces, absorb more prana and draw new energy from it.
The focus is on asanas that arise from a stable stance - such as Natarajasana (dancer) or Virabhadrasana (warrior). They combine balance and strength and invite you to cultivate presence and mindfulness - on and off the mat.
A little challenge is a must. One or two arm balances bring playful strength, focus and a little courage.
The class ends with Shavasana - a deep resting phase in which you can save your practice and enjoy the subtle idleness in complete relaxation.
IMPORTANT: The room is air-conditioned!
