Admission to the Aquarena is included in the course price and is valid for the duration of the course. Sauna towel, towel/helper, sweat towel, comfortable clothing for infusion, writing materials. Fitness for the sauna is a prerequisite.
The practical course teaches the basics of infusion design in theory and practice. Participants learn how to optimally prepare for an infusion, how to perform it safely and effectively and how to properly finish the sauna room afterwards. The focus is on practical exercises on waving techniques and fragrance selection.
The course is aimed at those interested in infusions, but is not a sauna attendant training course. The aim is to create authentic and harmonious infusions in order to offer an all-round successful experience.
