For the baby: comfortable, close-fitting clothes, possibly a baby blanket to lie on.
The training concept is specially designed to meet the needs after pregnancy and childbirth.
We train the entire body's muscles, get the cardiovascular system going and burn off excess calories.
Small equipment ensures fun and lots of variety! And your child benefits too: they make social contacts, you learn singing games, movement dances and rhythmic kneeling exercises.
