OutdoorFIT is a combination of endurance training and full-body strengthening in the great outdoors for beginners and advanced athletes. We move around on the Kreuzbergl and stop again and again to strengthen our bodies with our own body weight and small equipment. Exercising in the fresh air strengthens your body and your immune system at the same time. The Kreuzbergl is our fitness studio. The focus is on strengthening, flexibility and mobilization of the entire body.
