Information: The course fee includes an aperitif, mineral water, juices, wine and coffee as well as a recipe booklet per participant.
In this course, we process good, clean and fairly produced local venison from the Central Carinthia region. We will learn the basics of butchery and then use various cooking techniques to prepare a menu together using different cuts of local game.
The course price includes the gourmet menu, aperitif, wine or beer accompaniment, mineral water and juices, coffee, a recipe folder per participant and lots of fun and enjoyable moments!
