In this workshop, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to set up, use and install the necessary apps. Our instructors will familiarize you with the use of digital official services, explain the available e-government platforms such as MeineSV or FinanzOnline and show you the additional benefits of ID Austria and the Digital Office for you - such as applying for a craftsman's bonus or drawing the federal treasury. Gain the confidence to deal with important official channels digitally and find out how modern technologies can make it easier for you to access public services.
