Discover the diversity of Turkish cuisine. Let yourself be enchanted by the flavors and traditions of Turkish cuisine and learn how to prepare these delicacies yourself. The menu includes mercimek (red lentil soup), menemen and cac?k as a mezze.

The course instructor is from Turkey and has lived in Carinthia for many years. She demonstrates very clearly how to prepare the dishes from her homeland, the Bosporus.
This course is aimed at anyone who would like to broaden their culinary horizons and discover new, exciting dishes. Including tips for both meat lovers and vegetarians.
