a note regarding parking: the parking lot directly at the school with a barrier cannot be used, as it is closed in the evening and no exit is possible; the parking spaces along Dr.-Arthur-Lemisch-Straße are available.
After a warm-up and cardiovascular section, the problem areas of the stomach, legs and bottom are mainly trained. But the arms are not neglected either (keyword: dumbbells) and the back is strengthened!
