Less is more: how can I move more elegantly, save muscle strength and become more precise at the same time? Through repeated movement sequences, I learn to combine subtlety and efficiency and at the same time calm my nervous system.
For learning enthusiasts, athletes, dancers and all people who like to move and for people who want to stay mobile into old age.
An awareness through movement class every week for three months. Each month has a specific focus and is taught by a different Feldenkrais teacher, so you can get to know the method from different angles.
This is a really special course because of the opportunity to have several teachers with a lot of experience in one course.
