Was ist der "Tag der Bildung "?

Der 24. Jänner wurde im Jahr 2018 von der UNESCO (Organisation der Vereinten Nationen für Bildung, Wissenschaft und Kultur) zum Internationalen Tag der Bildung erklärt. Dieser erinnert daran, dass sich alle UN-Mitgliedsstaaten in der globalen Nachhaltigkeitsagenda dazu verpflichtet haben, bis 2030 für alle Menschen inklusive, chancengerechte und hochwertige Bildung sicherzustellen sowie Möglichkeiten zum lebenslangen Lernen zu fördern.
